  • 1 scoop (25–30g) protein powder (whey, casein, or blend)
  • 2–3 tsp sugar-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener (allulose, monk fruit, or stevia blend)
  • Flavor extract to match your variation
  • Optional: 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for extra creaminess

💡 I’ll sometimes had a tiny bit of gel based food coloring to get brighter colors. Gel coloring works better for baking since it’s thick and won’t thin out your ice cream. This is totally optional to use!
